Now we prepare our milk, in which we will soak the loaf. For clarity, I took a kitchen scale. Less than a month has passed since we bought them in China. So they came, and now they are good helpers in our kitchen. First, beat in two homemade chicken eggs. To do this, it is advisable to take a wider bowl to make it more convenient to soak the loaf.

As you can see in the photo, the eggs weigh 108 grams. Add boiled milk, in an amount of about 150 grams, we got a little more. We also have country milk, we love everything homemade. And our last ingredient is sugar. We add three tablespoons of it, it turns out 86 grams.
