  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Cooking:

  1. Pour gelatin cold water in a small bowl and let stand for 5 minutes.
  2. Combine strawberries, sugar and salt in a medium saucepan and place over medium heat.
  3. Cook, stirring the berries with a spoon, until they are soft, thick and homogeneous mass, about 8 minutes. Strain through a fine sieve into a bowl, also mashing up the solids.
  4. Return berry puree to saucepan; add milk and bring to a boil (small bubbles appear on the edge of the pot).
  5. Add the gelatin mixture and stir for 1 minute until completely dissolved. Remove saucepan from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
  6. Add cream and lemon juice until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
  7. Prepare six (each approximately 120 ml.) Molds. To avoid air bubbles on the surface, pour the mixture into the molds through a fine sieve.
  8. Cover with a lid or cling film and place carefully in the refrigerator. Refrigerate until set, at least 4 hours or overnight.

  1. grind almonds with dates with a blender, mix with salt;

  3. cashews, with lemon juice, honey and coconut milk are mixed until creamy and 2/3 of the resulting mass is spread as a second layer;
  4. berries are added to the rest and laid on top of the previous layers;
  5. the cake is frozen for several hours, and before serving, the delicacy is rearranged from the freezer to the refrigerator.

Stuffed strawberries

Per kilogram of selected and the same size berries you will need:

  • 250 grams of cottage cheese for children;
  • half a glass of sugar;
  • some vanilla and grated chocolate For decoration.

2. No Bake Yogurt Cake

Ingredients:

Natural yogurt - 350 g
Milk - 300 ml
Cocoa powder - 1 tbsp. l.
Gelatin - 40 g
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp. l.

8. Pour this mixture with cocoa into a special form that is removed and immerse in the freezer for 12 minutes, then remove and pour the remaining mixture there until the end
9. Put in the freezer. In the meantime, make strawberry puree: mix strawberries with sugar in a blender.
10. Take 50 g of water, add the remaining gelatin and leave for 10 minutes. Heat over low heat, stirring. Cool and pour into strawberry puree. Mix well and pour it into the hardened yogurt mixture as the last layer.
11. Send to the freezer.

3. DESSERT BALLS WITH STRAWBERRY

4. Cottage cheese and fruit dessert (tasty and easy)

Ingredients:

- 500 g - low-fat soft cottage cheese
- 300 g - low-fat sour cream
- granulated sugar or stevia - to taste
- 30 g - gelatin (preferably instant)
- any fruits (strawberries and bananas are used here)
+ mold, approx. 26 cm (approx. 300 g)

Cooking:

1. Mix cottage cheese with sugar or stevia.
2. Mix sour cream with sugar or stevia. Rinse the fruit and put it on the bottom of the mold.
3. Prepare gelatin (according to package instructions). Combine cottage cheese + sour cream and mix. It turns out a liquid mass.
4. Pour the gelatin in a thin stream into the curd-sour cream mass. Mix. Cover all the fruits with the resulting mixture (evenly).
5. Send to the refrigerator (for 1-2 hours).
6. Get, cut into portioned pieces and serve fruit.

5. Cake for dessert. Light and delicious!

Ingredients:

- 0.5 l sour cream
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 sachet of gelatin (25 gr)
- 0.5 cup cold water
- 300 gr biscuit
- strawberry
- kiwi

Cooking:

1. You can buy a biscuit ready-made or bake it yourself.
2. To begin with, fill the gelatin with water and leave to swell. While we are preparing the remaining components, it will just swell.
3. Wash the fruits, peel and cut. Cut the biscuit into small pieces. Mix sour cream with sugar and beat with a mixer.
4. We heat the swollen gelatin in a water bath, without bringing to a boil. And pour into sour cream, stir. Line a deep bowl with cling film.
5. Pour some berries to the bottom. Lay the biscuit pieces on top. Fill with cream. And then layer it up.
6. Cover with a film on top and send to the refrigerator. Three hours later, the cake is ready.

6. STRAWBERRY TIRAMISU

In this dessert, I combined what my son loves - his favorite tiramisu and strawberries. Well, it's really a bit of a stretch to call it "tiramisu" since I didn't use any eggs or coffee soak, so it would be more correct to call it a tiramisu-style dessert.

mascarpone cheese - 250g
cream 35% - 200ml
strawberries - 400g
granulated sugar - 150g
savoiardi biscuit cookies (“ Lady fingers”) – 20 pcs.

Beat mascarpone with 100 g of sugar, add whipped cream to a thick viscous state and beat again.

Grind 100 g of strawberries with a blender with 50 g of granulated sugar.

Put a layer of biscuit cookies in a rectangular shape and pour half of the strawberries rubbed with sugar.

Spread half of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the top.

Put the second layer of biscuits and pour them with the remaining mashed strawberries, put the remaining cheese mass on top of it, smooth the surface with a spatula.

Cut the remaining strawberries lengthwise into 3-4 plates and lay them on the surface of the dessert.
Place in the refrigerator to soak and harden for several hours.

7. Panna cotta with strawberries.

Panna cotta literally melts in your mouth, and strawberries perfectly emphasize delicate taste cream.

You will need:

400 ml. 20% cream
0.5 st. spoons of instant gelatin
3 art. spoons of sugar
1 sachet (10 gr.) vanilla sugar
100 gr. strawberries
2 tsp powdered sugar

How to cook:

1. Gelatin pour 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons of cold water, let it swell for 5 minutes, then put in a bowl with hot water and stir until it melts.

2. Cream mix with sugar and vanilla sugar, heat stirring until the sugar melts, if the mixture has not warmed up to a little warm, then add gelatin and mix, pour into molds, if the cream is too hot, then they need to be cooled.

3. Put the molds with cream overnight in the refrigerator or for 4-5 hours.

4. Cut the strawberries into small cubes, mix with powdered sugar, put on the frozen panna cotta, pour over the resulting juice.

8. SALAD "FRUIT PARADISE"

Ingredients:

Fresh strawberries - 100 grams;
Bananas - 1 pc;
Kiwi - 1 pc;
Pineapples in syrup - 100 grams;
Oranges - 1 pc;
Strawberry yogurt - 150 grams;
Almonds - 30 grams.

Fruit salads are made for the holiday, so they should be served accordingly. They look best in voluminous transparent wine glasses, which must be decorated with an elegant rim. First, the edges of the glass are lowered to a certain depth in egg white and then immediately immersed in granulated sugar. The glasses are shaken lightly to remove excess sugar, and then dried. Prepare this salad and get heavenly pleasure!

To prepare a salad, you need to take fresh strawberries, large kiwi "butterfly", banana, orange, canned pineapple without syrup, almonds and strawberry yogurt.

Peel the banana, cut in half lengthwise, and then thinly slice across.

Peel the kiwi fruit and finely chop.

Remove the pineapple rings from the syrup and cut into pieces.

Peel the orange, divide into slices, remove the white skin from them and chop.

Wash the strawberries thoroughly in running water, dry them, and then cut each berry into several pieces.

Connect all fruits. Stir the mixture. Divide fruit into glasses.

Soak almonds in boiling water for 10 minutes. Remove the skin from the kernels, lightly brown them in the oven and chop finely.

Pour the fruit with yogurt and sprinkle with almonds.

9. Fruits in marshmallow cream

Delicate, sweet and sour dessert.

Ingredients:

- 2 marshmallows (70 gr each)
- 200 gr cream 10%-20%
- 200 gr strawberries
- 200 gr kiwi
- chocolate

Break the marshmallow into pieces, put in a blender, pour in the cream.

Whisk thoroughly until smooth.

Cut strawberries into quarters (if large, then cut smaller).

Peel the kiwi, cut into cubes.

Put the strawberries in a single layer in a bowl or cup.

Drizzle with cream to completely cover the strawberries.

Lay the kiwi on top in a single layer.

Pour over the cream, completely covering the kiwi.

Sprinkle with grated chocolate.

Dessert can be served immediately, or you can put it in the refrigerator for an hour to cool. It will be delicious either way.

10. "Cool Rainbow"

Ingredients for 5-6 servings:

- 2 bananas
- 300 gr. strawberries
- 3 kiwi
- 300 gr. ice cream (ice cream)
- mint

Cool fruit and berries well. Grind individually in a blender
