When the meat is prepared with us, we can proceed to the cabbage, we use white cabbage, wash the cabbage well and chop it finely, this can be done either manually with a knife or with a special cabbage shredder, we chop about the same size as on.

Now it's enough large saucepan or even better in a pot, about the same that we used in cooking, pour the vegetable oil and put it on the stove, wait for the oil to heat up, after which we add the chicken we prepared to the pan with oil.

Fry the chicken for about five minutes, do not forget to stir it. In principle, act here at your discretion and your taste, if you want to make the chicken more fried, you can fry it longer until golden brown, if you want more juicy, then fry until it turns white on all sides.

Further, to practically cooked meat add our shredded cabbage, turn the fire on the stove to the middle level and add a little vodka, oh mistake, some water 🙂 . We will stew cabbage with chicken for about twenty minutes, while do not forget to mix all this bodyaga from time to time 🙂.

Next, add tomato paste to the stewed cabbage, pepper, salt and season with your favorite spices, mix well and simmer for about another twenty minutes. If you want to simplify your task, instead of water and tomato paste, add tomato juice and stew cabbage in it, it will be much easier, and the effect and taste will remain almost the same.
