Cooking buns for a snack or for tea begins with kneading the dough, and for this you will need:

1 teaspoon of salt and sugar; 2.5 cups flour; glass of water; 50 g of butter and olive oil; egg; a small bag of yeast; 0.1 kg of cheese; 2 cloves of garlic and herbs (parsley or basil).

You can replace dry yeast with pressed ones, for this, increase the proportion three times and measure 30 g.

First make the dough, its recipe is very simple:

  1. Heat up the water.
  2. Add yeast and a spoonful of sugar.
  3. Stir until a homogeneous solution is obtained.

Filling: 0.4 kg of pumpkin pulp; 60 g sugar; a pinch of black ground pepper; teaspoon of almond essence; sachet vanilla sugar; 2 tbsp. tablespoons chopped nuts (preferably cashews).

Step by step preparation:

  1. Mix sugar, warm water and yeast.
  2. In a bowl, rub sour cream with eggs, goat cheese. Pour in vegetable oil and then send 2/3 of the sifted flour to the dough.
  3. Combine both masses, stirring until smooth.
  4. The dough will be soft and elastic, but it will stick to your hands.
  5. Roll it into a ball and transfer it to the pan, brushing the walls from the inside vegetable oil. Knead the dough every 30 minutes.
  6. After 1.5-2 hours, divide it into parts, roll out the cakes, grease the surface with oil and pierce in several places with a fork. Start with minced meat, which consists of grated pumpkin, ground pepper and sugar. Mix the ingredients and leave for 30 minutes, then drain the juice that has stood out (you can drink it).
  7. Forming buns, collect the ends of the cake from above, as if making frills, press with your fingers at their base. It turned out "lady" with slim waist, fluffy skirt and lace collar around the neck.

Bake the buns after proofing and greasing with whipped yolk, at a temperature of 170 degrees.

250 gr. flour

0.5 cup milk

0.5 cups of water

4 eggs,

120 grams of any well-melting cheese such as tilsiter, sour cream, cream

60 grams of butter,

3/4 teaspoon salt.

Cooking method:

1. Mix water, milk, salt and butter in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add flour, quickly knead the dough with a mixer until smooth.

2. Transfer the dough into a deep cup and, while whisking with a mixer, gradually introduce eggs into the dough one at a time. It turns out a smooth shiny mass.

3. Grate cheese, mix with dough.

4. We cover the baking sheet with baking paper, grease with vegetable oil and put small buns about the size of Walnut. The distance from the bun to the bun should be at least 3-4 cm, as they greatly increase in volume during baking.
