Combine the melted butter with sugar and grind. Add the eggs and mix well. If desired, you can speed up the process by beating the contents with a blender. Add starch to the dough. It will give our waffles a characteristic crunch and sandiness. Then add flour. Mix well or beat with a blender. The consistency of the dough should be thin, reminiscent of sour cream.

Now we are ready for the most important stage, we will bake waffles. By this time, our dough is ready, the waffle iron is warmed up. Pour 1 tbsp into the waffle iron. l. test. Bake until golden brown. If desired, they can be eaten with jam, honey or condensed milk.

7. WAFERS WITH MILK

INGREDIENTS:
● 0.5 l milk
● 1/2 pack of margarine
● 1 egg
● 250 g sugar (I take less - about 200 g)

Add egg, sugar, vanillin, mix with a mixer. Next, there is a trick: to make the dough without lumps, I first add flour and stir, and then add milk a little at a time.

We hold it a little, and then you can let it go and let it bake. One waffle is baked from 20-30 seconds to 1.5-3 minutes, depending on the power and settings of your waffle iron. To find out if it’s ready, open the waffle iron slightly and look in... It’s still pale, which means you need to hold it for a couple more minutes.
