There are many similar recipes, of course, in addition to us, we will need some other products (kefir, eggs and Wheat flour commonly found in the kitchen of almost any home).

Quick and tasty kefir pie with jam in the oven - recipe

Ingredients:

  • wheat flour - 2 cups;
  • starch - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • soda - 1 pinch;
  • chicken egg - 2 pcs.;
  • kefir of high or medium fat content - 1 cup;
  • cinnamon - 1 pinch;
  • fruit brandy, rum or vodka - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • fruit jam with a fairly liquid syrup and undigested pitted berries, for example, cherry or cherry;
  • butter - a piece.

Cooking

We preheat the oven.

Sift flour and mix with starch, add kefir, soda, cinnamon and a little jam syrup (3 tablespoons). Starch will give the dough lightness and splendor. Pour in brandy, this will improve the smell of the dough and structure it well during the baking process. Add beaten eggs to last. You can even after that knead-beat the dough with a mixer, it should turn out to be quite watery.

Grease the mold with oil and pour the dough so that the layer covers the bottom well. Spread cherries or cherries from jam on top. Alternatively, it can be neat little slices of halves of apricots, peaches, plums, etc.

Pour everything with the remaining dough (we fill the form no more than 3/4) and place the cake in a preheated oven for 40-45 minutes. The readiness of the cake is determined, focusing on appearance and smell.

Taken out of shape ready pie on a dish, pour over, coat again with syrup from jam. You can also sprinkle with ground nuts. Before serving and cutting, let the pie “rest” a little for at least 15 minutes. Of course, it’s good to serve with a sweet pie fresh tea, rooibos, hibiscus or coffee.

Quick Shortcake with Apple Jam - Recipe

Ingredients:

  • flour - 2 cups or a little more;
  • chicken eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • fruit brandy or rum - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
  • natural butter - 200 g + another piece;
  • sugar - 100 g;
  • vanilla or cinnamon - 1 pinch;
  • soda - 1 pinch;
  • lemon juice;
  • jam or - 200 g.

Cooking

Melt the butter in a water bath, it should not be hot, so as not to boil the eggs.

In a bowl, combine sugar, melted butter, rum, eggs, vanilla. Add a pinch of soda quenched with lemon juice. Gradually add flour and mix everything thoroughly. You can knead the dough with a mixer, then divide it into approximately 2 unequal parts (about 2/3 and 1/3).

We place the smaller part in the freezer compartment of the refrigerator for about an hour and a half, of course, in a closed form. The dough should harden.

When the time is right, preheat the oven.

Lubricate the baking sheet with oil and evenly distribute most of the dough on it (for this it must be rolled out), that is, we make the substrate.

We take out a smaller part of the dough from the refrigerator (by this moment it should harden), rub it through a coarse grater, pouring it over the jam layer.

We bake this simple cake for 30-40 minutes. Serve with hot drinks, tea, coffee, cocoa, rooibos, etc.
