To prepare stewed cabbage, you need to take:

  • 300-400 g cabbage,
  • 1 small carrot
  • 1 small onion
  • 350-450 g of pork pulp,
  • 6-7 large potatoes,
  • salt, seasonings to taste,
  • fat, oil for frying.

How to cook.

Let's tackle the meat first. We wash a piece of pork, dry it and cut it into small pieces. Pour oil into the multicooker bowl to cover the bottom. We turn on the program "Frying" for 5 minutes. While the oil is heating, place the pork pieces in a bowl.

While it is fried, we take on vegetables. We clean onions and carrots. We cut the onion into pieces, and three carrots on a medium grater. Add processed vegetables to meat. Stir and fry until the end of the program with the lid closed. At this time, we will deal with cabbage and potatoes.

While the meat is fried with vegetables, we free the cabbage from the upper leaves and wash it. Then dry, chop and send to the meat with vegetables.

My potatoes, peel and cut into strips. We spread to the cabbage and meat in the multicooker bowl. Pour in water to cover the potatoes. Salt, add your favorite seasonings. We set the program "Extinguishing" and cook on it for 1 hour.

Prepare everything you need: 700 grams of potatoes, 300 grams of sauerkraut, 400 grams of pork (take what you have), onion, carrot, chive, tomato paste - 1 tbsp. l., sour cream - 2 tbsp. l. From spices you will need ground black pepper, paprika, salt, a few sprigs of dill.

Cooking step by step

1. Wash, clean vegetables.
2. Cut the potato tubers into cubes, send them to fry in a bowl, brushing it with oil. Salt the potatoes. The mode we need is called “Frying”. Leave the lid open.
3. In the meantime, we will cut the meat into small pieces.
4. Then chop the onion and carrot.
5. When the potatoes are browned, transfer them to any dish.

  3. Other vegetables: zucchini, bell pepper, beans, eggplant.

As you can see, stewed cabbage with potatoes in a slow cooker is prepared very easily and simply, and most importantly, quickly.

Step 1: prepare the meat.

Any kind of meat is suitable for this dish, for example, beef, veal and even lamb, but I chose pork neck, of course, it is quite fatty, but very soft, so in any case it will turn out tender and charmingly tasty. First, we wash it under streams of cold running water, dry it with paper towels. kitchen towels, put it on a cutting board and use a sharp kitchen knife to get rid of the film, veins, and also small bones, which quite often remain on parts of the carcass after cutting. Then cut the meat portioned pieces measuring from 2.5 to 3 centimeters, throw it into a clean bowl and move on.

Step 2: prepare vegetables and other ingredients.


Using a new kitchen knife, remove the top contaminated leaves from the cabbage, and peel the rest of the vegetables and wash everything under streams of cold running water. Then we dry these products with paper kitchen towels, send them in turn to a cutting board and continue preparation. We cut the potatoes into slices, cubes or slices from 1.5 to 2 centimeters in size, move them into a deep bowl with cold liquid and leave it there until used, now they will not darken.

We shred the cabbage.

Onions with carrots are also chopped either into cubes, rings, half rings.

Although you can just chop them into small pieces up to 5-7 millimeters thick in a food processor or blender, but I prefer curly cutting so beautiful. Then we lay out the rest of the ingredients that will be needed to prepare the dish on the countertop, and proceed to the next, almost final step.

Step 3: cook meat with potatoes and cabbage in a slow cooker.


We insert the plug of the multicooker into the socket, pour it into the bowl of the kitchen appliance right amount vegetable refined oil and set the mode on the luminous display "Baking" 20 minutes. Approximately 30 seconds later put the pieces of pork inside the kitchen machine and cook them under a covered lid for 10 minutes. Then add chopped onions and carrots to the meat.
