  • 200 g shortbread cookies;
  • 100 g butter;
  • 90 g granulated sugar;
  • 80 g walnuts;
  • 50 g cocoa powder;
  • 45-50 ml heavy cream(can be replaced with milk).

How to make sweet sausage:

  1. Lightly toast the walnuts in a hot, dry frying pan to enhance their flavor and aroma. Then chop them with a knife or blender, but so that large inclusions are preserved in the nut mass.
  2. Grind half the total amount of cookies almost into dust, and the other half into larger pieces. At this stage, the housewife's assistants will be a rolling pin, a knife and a blender.
  3. Pour nuts and cookies into one container that is suitable in size.
  4. In a large saucepan (large enough to hold the cookie and nut mixture), combine cocoa, cream and sugar. Place the mixture over medium heat and (very important!) stirring constantly, bring it to a homogeneous liquid state and boil.
  5. Set the boiled cocoa paste off the stove, cool slightly and add the diced butter into it, stir until it is completely dissolved.

  • 300 g of simple shortbread cookies;
  • 300 g butter;
  • 200 g nuts;
  • 200 g prunes;
  • 1 banana;
  • 100 g granulated sugar;

  • 5 g nutmeg;
  • 5 g cinnamon;
  • 10 g vanilla sugar.

Sequencing:

  • 100 g cocoa powder;

Work algorithm:

  1. Remove the butter from the refrigerator in advance and leave overnight at room temperature. By the time you start cooking, it should become soft and creamy.
  2. Beat the butter of a delicate creamy consistency with a mixer with boiled condensed milk in airy cream. Separately add cookie crumbs and cocoa powder and stir. Combine cream and dry ingredients.
  3. Carefully stir or knead the mass, form it into an oblong cylinder and after hardening in the refrigerator, you can serve it with tea.
