Turn the paper over to the other side (the parchment is thin enough, so the circles will show through well). It is not recommended to bake more than 3 pieces of cookies at a time, as the cakes cool quickly and you simply do not have time to give them the desired shape.

Pour a small portion of the dough (1.5-2 teaspoons) into the center of each circle and spread it into a thin cake, without going beyond the boundaries of the drawn template. If there is any doubt about the quality of parchment paper, pre-lubricate it with plenty of butter so that the finished cookies do not stick. We send the blanks to the oven preheated by that time. We bake cookies at 200 degrees for about 5-10 minutes. The cakes should be well browned around the edges.

Remove one freshly baked cookie from the baking sheet with a spatula (leave the rest in the oven for now so that they do not have time to cool). In the center of the hot cake we put the folded paper with the wish and quickly fold the cookies in half. Be sure to wear gloves so you don't get burned!

Without delay, fold in half again and get a triangular "envelope". By the same principle, we work with the next cake. We do everything very quickly - if the cookie cools down, it will no longer be possible to roll it up, as it will simply crumble in your hands! We put the finished "triangles" into a cup or a small bowl. You can lightly press them down with something so that when cooling, the formed cookies do not turn around and lose their shape.

There is another way to fold fortune cookies. We also place the paper with wishes in the center of the hot cake, which we fold in half. And then we bend the workpiece according to the principle of sculpting dumplings. Choose the shape of the cookie of your choice.

To make the cookies bright and colorful, decorate them with icing and sprinkles. We warm the chocolate with butter in a "water bath". The mixture should be homogeneous.

I don’t use icing tips, I’ve never worked with them and I don’t know how convenient they are. But immediately the question arises: what to do if the hole becomes clogged? You can run a knife along the acetate nose in the direction of the hole and squeeze out a little glaze along with clogged particles, but what to do with the nozzle?
In general, we will twirl cornets from the film. For clarity, I will show the process on parchment (the film is transparent, it is hard to see on it). So, we unwind a little film, fold it diagonally so that its two perpendicular sides coincide (we get a square folded diagonally).

We need half of the square - this triangle, smooth and beautiful. Let's cut it off.

Now we fold it so that the nose of the bag falls in the middle of the long side of the triangle.

I add powder in three or four doses. By the way, all the numbers (I mean weight) are relevant only for this powdered sugar. Of all the ones I tried (and there were not so many of them, we have a very limited assortment for sale), this one came up, the rest - categorically not. It is important that the powdered sugar be finely ground - that's exactly what the powder is, and not the sand. You can rub it with your fingers to make sure it's not spicy or crunchy. Starch in the composition is not scary, at least it doesn’t bother me.

But if you have a different powder, try to navigate the consistency of the glaze. If you run a spoon over the surface of the glaze, grooves remain that close and compare in a few seconds.

Instead of flavoring and coloring, add instant coffee.

Dilute coffee in a tablespoon hot water. If necessary, heat in a water bath so that the coffee is completely dissolved.

Add coffee concentrate to frosting.

Stir until smooth. Filling glaze is ready.

In order to get a contour glaze, simply leave a spoonful of pouring and add additional powdered sugar to it to a thicker consistency. Here you do not need to adjust the thickness of the glaze to a gram - let it be thicker, and that's it.

To lay the icing more evenly, you can lightly outline the application outline with a simple pencil directly on the cookies.
