How to cook bean patties

We knead the "minced meat" for our unusual cutlets. I advise you not to immediately add all the flour, since it acts as the only regulator of the density of "minced meat" with us. Therefore, pour it in small portions, and when the mass seems dense enough to make cutlets, no more flour is needed.
