The recipe for minced beef cutlets is very similar to recipes for pork, turkey or chicken, but there are still slight differences. Beef is a tougher meat and needs to be marinated much longer than other meats. Ideally, minced beef should stand in the refrigerator for a day.   • pork tenderloin- 700 gr.;
  • egg - 2 pcs.;
  • onions - 1 pc.;
  • garlic - 3 teeth;
  • sour cream (the fatter the better) - 2 tablespoons;
  • flour - 3 tablespoons;
  • potato starch- 3 tablespoons;
  • mustard - 1 tsp;
  • vegetable oil (or olive) - for frying;
  • salt, favorite spices.

The cooled pork tenderloin should be rinsed under water, and then dried with paper towels, after which we cut the meat into small pieces and put in a deep bowl.

At this time, we are preparing the sauce. In a saucepan, we begin to heat the cream, when they begin to boil, pour in the flour, reduce the heat and begin to stir constantly. Then add dill, spices to the cream and cook for another minute over low heat.

We take out our minced meat, make balls out of it and put it in a baking dish with high sides, you can pre-lubricate it with vegetable or olive oil, and also as an option - cover with parchment. From above in cutlets we make small indentations with a spoon (so that the sauce does not flow down), pour the cutlets with sauce and sprinkle with cheese on top. Pour oil into a saucepan and send to warm up. Fry the cutlets on both sides until golden brown, then cover with a lid and leave to simmer for another 5 minutes, so that the zucchini reaches and becomes soft.
