Let's prepare all the products for making jam from plums and apples with an orange in a slow cooker to cook it faster. It is better to buy plums of such a variety that the stone easily moves away from the pulp, for example, the Vengerka variety. I love sweet and sour apples, then the jam is not cloyingly sweet, but with sourness. If you like very sweet jam, then you can put more sugar.


Wash the plums and remove the seeds from the pulp, no need to cut, I like plums in jam in pieces. We put the plums in the multicooker bowl and fall asleep with half the sugar.


Cut oranges with peel into medium-sized cubes, of course, remove the seeds. Pour into bowl over plums. If you don't have an orange, then lemons will do.


Peel and cut apples with skin into medium-sized cubes or slices, as you like. Pour into a bowl and add the remaining sugar.


We turn on the multicooker to the "Stew \ Stew" mode, cooking time - 1 hour.


Now the jam should cool down completely and you once again turn on the slow cooker to the “Stew \ Stew” mode, again for 1 hour. Then the jam will turn out thick and look like candy from fruits.
