Ingredients:

  • Flour - 250 gr.
  • Butter - 150 gr.

  • Sour cream - 100 gr.

I quickly knead the flour and butter with my fingers until crumbly. add sour cream and ice water. Quickly knead soft elastic dough. It does not need to be kneaded for a long time. Only until it gathers into one tight lump (does not crumble). Ready dough I put it in the refrigerator.


I'm making stuffing. I peel the apples, remove the middle and cut into slices. I put it in a deep bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon, mix. I put it aside.

I make sour cream. I mix 300 gr. sour cream, egg, sugar and vanilla sugar, add flour. Beat with a mixer until smooth. Filling in consistency should turn out approximately like dough for pancakes.

I take the dough out of the fridge. I put it in a mold and knead it around the entire perimeter with my fingers. I make boards. I pierce with a fork in several places.
