Fortune cookies were first made in the 14th century by a Chinese man named Zhu Yuan Zhang. He, like most people in China, respects the harvest festival called Zhongqiujie. First, let's collect everything necessary ingredients and put it on the table. After we are convinced of their complete presence, we proceed to the actual preparation.
Let's take it butter, cut it into cubes and put it in a saucepan.
Take the flour and sift it through a sieve into a bowl.

Add 125 g of proteins to the sifted flour. If you don't have a kitchen scale on hand, use three large eggs and 4 medium ones.
Add cooled butter to the dough.
