  • one chicken fillet
  • 0.8-1 kg potatoes
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 large onion
  • 30 ml sunflower oil
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 500 ml water
  • 1 tsp tomato paste(with a slide)
  • 2 tsp flour (with a slide)
  • 0.3 tsp ground black pepper
  • 0.3 tbsp salt
  • 2 cloves garlic

Wash the chicken fillet and cut into large cubes. In general, in this recipe for roast chicken in a slow cooker, we will chop all the main components quite coarsely.

The flour should disperse in the liquid without leaving any lumps. We also add a third of a tablespoon of salt to the sauce (a little more is possible) and a third of a teaspoon of ground black pepper.


Add to the multicooker bowl chicken fillet potatoes, carrots and onions. Pour the prepared sauce over everything. Turn on the “quenching” mode and set the timer for 30 minutes. Close the lid of the multicooker and wait for the end of cooking.

Although roast chicken in a slow cooker will be ready after 30 minutes of simmering, I like to boil the potatoes more, so I always extend the cooking process by another 15 minutes. This is a matter of taste.


After cooking is complete, add a couple of cloves of garlic, passed through a press, to the roast chicken. Garlic will enrich the flavor of the dish.
