Prepare chocolate biscuit. Mix chicken eggs with sugar and beat a little with a whisk.

Add vegetable oil. Do not be afraid of this amount of oil. Its smell and taste in the finished product is not felt at all.


Pour wheat flour (previously sifted) into the dough, and also add baking soda (not slaked) and dough baking powder. In this case, such an amount of these ingredients (soda and baking powder) may also raise doubts. But it is in this volume that they are needed for a biscuit. As a result, it turns out airy and, oddly enough, without the smell of baking soda.


Mix the dough for the chocolate biscuit thoroughly (you can beat with a whisk). Its consistency is similar to homemade sour cream.


At the end, pour boiling water into the resulting mixture! and mix well. The dough will become liquid (like on pancakes), and this is normal.
