One of the clients of InspireGroup was the Barcelona restaurant located on Petrovka. Our designers have managed to imbue the atmosphere and cuisine that the restaurant offered to its customers, and helped it to acquire a stylish, fresh and original look, giving rise to associations with the history and architecture of the pearl of Catalonia.

As it was?

Monotonous dark walls and several rows of unremarkable tables clearly did not fit into the concept of the Barcelona restaurant, as our designers saw it. The atmosphere in the restaurant did not at all express the general mood of the institution as a place where people come to relax and spend time hearty meal and slow conversation.

How did it become

In order to give the establishment a real gloss and style of a large European city, it was decided to combine a whole range of textures, shapes and color schemes. The resulting interior divided the restaurant into several zones that perfectly reflect the essence of a city like Barcelona: a noisy and lively metropolis, which at the same time has enough secluded corners where you can relax and have a good time.

Interior Features

The first thing that catches the eye of the restaurant's customers is the harmonious combination of a number of textures, which makes up an overall picture worthy of careful study during the meal. Crystal and masonry, velvet and mirrors, wood, sculptures, posters - everything came together into one common whole and, thanks to the skillful use of lighting, sparkled with special colors. By the way, about paints: in the interior decoration, mostly light and delicate pastel shades were used, which balance the “heaviness” of natural materials (brick, wood, crystal, metal) and give the interior of the establishment a special lightness and shade of the traditional Mediterranean style.

The logo was based on the coat of arms of the city of Barcelona. We used an element with 4 stripes on a gold background, the ornament most recognizable in association with Barcelona.

Initially, they relied on the original colors (red and yellow), experimented with blue (a kind of reference to the Barcelona football club), but in the final version of the logo, noble gold was used in combination with brown to give it a premium look.
