Preparation

If we want to get chocolate shortcakes, then first mix 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder with sugar. Add softened butter, baking powder, vanilla and cinnamon. Combine everything together and knead the dough.

Sprinkle flour on your work surface. Roll out the dough into a layer approximately 0.5 cm thick and cut out the shortcakes using molds or a glass (or just a knife).
