2. The risen dough must be rolled out to a width of 1 cm according to the size of your baking dish. Since it is yeast, it is not easy to roll it out, it is constantly pulled back, a little more effort and everything will turn out
3. Pour a little oil on a baking sheet and put your rolled out dough on it, spread it properly over the entire baking sheet.
4. Now we give the dough a rest, and at this time we are engaged in cutting our filling. Cut as it is convenient for you to eat, in circles, squares, there is no difference. We usually cut all the ingredients into slices of small thickness. Three cheese on a coarse grater.

  • 100 gr. sausages,
  • 100 gr. cheese,
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/2 can olives, pitted
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise,

  • 1 tsp dried basil,
  • 2 tbsp flour.

Cooking:

1. Defrost and roll out the dough. Leave on floured parchment paper.
