We need

  • Boiled beets - 2 pcs. small size;
  • Walnuts, roasted - 100 g;
  • Hard cheese, grated on a fine grater - 2 tablespoons;
  • Butter, soft - 30 g;
  • Salt, pepper, apple cider vinegar - to taste.

Pasta for sandwiches for the New Year's table

We need

  • Leaves (without thick stems!) of parsley - from about the 1st medium bunch;
  • Walnuts, fried - 100 g;
  • Extra virgin olive oil - 100 ml;
  • Hard cheese, grated on a fine grater - 2-3 tablespoons;
  • Zest from 1 lemon;
  • Salt, pepper - to taste.

Carrot spread on sandwiches for the New Year's table

For New Year's spread you will need

  • Raw carrots - 1 pc. medium size;
  • Mushroom caps, boiled (no more than 10 minutes) - 3-4 pcs.;
  • Butter, soft - 1 tbsp;
