Anything can serve as a filling for this pie, so rely on your taste and desire.

What is required for the test:

  • half a liter of fatty kefir;
  • a couple of chicken eggs;
  • a teaspoon of salt;
  • a pinch of sugar;
  • a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • half a teaspoon of slaked soda;
  • flour - its amount is determined in the process, poured in until the mass becomes the consistency of dough for pancakes.

For the filling, in this case, take five medium-sized potatoes, an onion, ground pepper, salt and canned fish.

  1. Mash canned food with a fork.
  2. Rinse, peel and cut the potatoes like for French fries.
  3. Chop the onion.
  4. In a heated pan, fry the onion with potatoes, salt. Fry until half cooked.
  5. Transfer the filling to a plate, let it cool down a bit, while you work on the dough.

Test preparation.

  1. In a bowl, knead sugar, eggs, slaked soda, salt, kefir and butter.
  2. Start adding the sifted flour until the dough has the consistency of sour cream.
  3. Grease a baking dish with butter, put the filling in the form of potatoes. Smooth out with a spoon. Lay the fish paste in the next layer. Pour the prepared dough on top and level again.
  4. Preheat oven to 200°C. Let the pie cook for half an hour. Check readiness with a toothpick.

Apple pie on kefir

Simple and delicious apple pie on kefir.

What you need:

  • apples, about 5 pieces;
  • 250 g of sifted flour;
  • 100 g butter;
  • 150 g of sugar, can add and subtract its amount, it all depends on the desire (about 120 g goes to the dough, the rest is used when sprinkling);
  • a glass of kefir, take it fatter so that the dough does not fall off during cooking;
  • one chicken egg;
  • a tablespoon of cinnamon;
  • one and a half tablespoons of baking powder.
  1. Combine softened butter with egg and sugar. Set the oven to pre-prepare to 180°C.
  2. Add flour and baking powder to egg mixture. Mix well and pour in kefir. The latter can be replaced with yogurt.
  3. Put the prepared adze on a greased baking sheet. Smooth out the mixture with a spoon.
  4. Rinse apples, remove seeds, twigs and cut into flat slices. Lay on top of the dough, laying them on top of each other. You should get something like scales.
  5. Sprinkle everything on top with sugar, which is mixed with ground cinnamon in advance.
  6. Finish off by pouring melted butter over the top of the pie.
  7. Let the cake bake for about 40 minutes.

What you need:

  • a couple of glasses of flour;
  • a glass of fatty kefir;
  • a glass of sugar;
  • a couple of chicken eggs;
  • refined sunflower oil half a glass;
  • a couple of teaspoons of baking powder;
  • a pinch of vanillin;
  • raisins or nuts as a filling - you can take as desired.

Ingredients are for eight servings.

  1. Whisk eggs with sugar in a deep bowl. It is not necessary to use a mixer, a whisk will do just fine.
  2. Pour in kefir. It is very important that it is not cold, but at room temperature, so it is better to remove it from the refrigerator in advance.
  3. Add vegetable oil. Mix everything very well.
  4. Mix baking powder, vanilla and sifted flour together in a separate bowl. This is important, since it is in this way that the uniformity of the dry mass is achieved.
  5. Add flour to kefir with eggs, mix thoroughly and add nuts with raisins. By the way, if you decide to use nuts, it is advisable to fry them first or at least dry them in the microwave or oven. Then the cake will acquire a pronounced nutty flavor. It is better to roll the raisins in flour so that it dries a little. Mix the dough well. It turns out relatively liquid, so this should be done with a spoon.
  6. Grease the multicooker bowl with oil. Pour batter into it. Set the frying mode on the unit. The average cooking time for a cake in such a machine is about 90 minutes.   • a glass of jam;
  • a couple of chicken eggs;
  • a couple of glasses of flour;
  • half a glass of sugar;
  • a tablespoon of soda, but without a slide;
  • powdered sugar;
  • vanillin;
  • vegetable oil.
  1. Pour the selected jam into a separate container, add soda to it and mix well.

It can be watered and at the same time decorated with sour cream, which is prepared as follows. Beat about two hundred grams of thick sour cream with one hundred grams of granulated sugar. For flavor, you can add a pinch of vanillin, for lovers of cinnamon, you can add a little of it.

Simple kefir pie

This is more of a biscuit with cottage cheese filling and a crispy crust than a pie, but it is prepared very simply, quickly, and you will lick your fingers in taste!

What will be required:

  • a glass of fatty kefir;
  • three chicken eggs: one will go into the curd filling, and the remaining two into the dough;
  • 200 g of sugar in the dough and three more tablespoons will be required for cottage cheese;
  • 300 g of sifted flour;
  • half a teaspoon of soda;
  • a teaspoon of baking powder;
  • 250 cottage cheese: any fat content, but the higher the percentage, the tastier the pastries will turn out;
  • vanillin;
  • vegetable oil about 100 ml.
  1. Mix soda in kefir and leave for 10 minutes to reach.
  2. After that, add two eggs with sugar to it and mix thoroughly.
  3. Pour in vegetable oil and mix well again.
  4. Combine the flour passed through a sieve with the baking powder and gradually adding it to the total mass, mix the entire composition. Now you can proceed to the preparation of the filling.
  5. Mix cottage cheese with one egg and sugar. Add vanilla and mash with a fork. If the composition seems dry, you can add a little milk, but the cottage cheese should not be liquid either.
  6. Pour the dough into an oiled mold. Smooth the surface with a spoon. Stuffing, i.e. cottage cheese, roll into balls, about 13 pieces. Poke these balls halfway across the surface of the pie.
  7. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the cake. In time, the delicacy is cooked for about 40 minutes. Readiness, as in other cases, is determined with a toothpick.

Fish pie on kefir

The cake is very fluffy, tasty and nutritious. It may well replace the second.

What will be required:

  • a couple of chicken eggs;
  • a couple of glasses of fatty kefir;
  • three tablespoons of mayonnaise;
  • a teaspoon of salt;
  • three glasses of sifted flour;
  • a teaspoon of soda;
  • for the filling you will need: a head of onion, canned fish - a couple of cans and boiled rice.
  1. Whisk eggs with salt.
  2. Add soda and kefir with sifted flour to them.
  3. Put mayonnaise and mix well. The dough is obtained in the same way as is usually done for pancakes.
  4. Prepare the filling. Finely chop the onion.

  • about 4-5 potatoes, depending on their size;

  1. Start by preparing the dough. Shake a little egg with salt, pour kefir, vegetable oil and soda into them. Mix everything thoroughly.

It should be soft and slightly sticky, but not too much. After the dough is kneaded, it must be covered with a clean towel and left to rest for 20 minutes.
  3. During this time, prepare the filling. Cut the meat into cubes and chop it together with garlic and half an onion. Scroll through the meat grinder. The fatter the meat, the juicier the filling will be, keep this in mind.
  4. Chop the remaining onion, finely chop the greens and add to the minced meat. You can add more onions, this will only positively affect the taste. Add cream (or milk, whichever is preferred). Pepper, salt and mix well.
  5. Roll out the dough on the table into a large circle. Or divide it into two parts: one a little larger, the other smaller. The thickness of the rolled layer is not less than 8 mm. Put the filling in the center and smooth it out. Further, if the cake is one, then begin to collect the edges and link them in one place with each other, in the center. If there are two cakes, then cover the filling on top with a smaller round and tie the edges.
  6. Turn the cake over and pierce the surface with a fork in several places to keep it from puffing up. Make a hole in the center.
  7. Lubricate the cake with cream or whipped yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds and send to the oven, heated to 180 ° C for about half an hour.

  • a couple of chicken eggs;
  • salt and pepper.

Ingredients: faceted glass of kefir, 0.5 tsp. baking soda, 320 g high-grade white flour, 1 tbsp. refined oil, 1 tsp. table salt.

  1. Flour is poured into a deep dish first. It is advisable to first pass it through a fine sieve a couple of times.
  2. Not cold kefir, baking soda, is also sent there.
  3. In the process of kneading, oil is poured into the mass, table salt is added.

It is important not to "hammer" the dough with flour. You may even have to reduce the amount of bulk component. The dough is used immediately after kneading.

Yeast free

Ingredients: a faceted glass of medium-fat kefir (you can - a little sour), 0.5 tsp each. coarse salt and baking soda, 1.5-2 faceted glasses of high-grade flour.

  1. First of all, kefir is sent to the bowl. The fermented milk product should not be cold. It is best to use glass dishes for mixing all the ingredients.
  2. Baking soda is poured to not cold kefir. It is necessary to gently mix the components with a spatula and leave them alone for 6-7 minutes.
