I like to cook meatballs with filling for the holidays. This hearty dish is very tasty and has a "zest" inside. These cutlets turn out to be large and you can even eat one thing with it.

To prepare minced meat, I thawed ready-made purchased pork-beef-chicken minced meat. I am careful with the minced meat I buy. You can expect surprises from him. That is what happened this time.
