2. I put a quarter of a small head of cabbage in a colander and lower it into a pot of boiling water. Let stand covered for 10-15 minutes. I take it out and also let the water drain.

Minced meat - 400 g
White cabbage- 700 g
Carrot - 1 pc.

Minced meat can be anything, but it is more correct to use assorted pork and ground beef for this dish.

Rice groats are suitable for round grains.

If your multicooker has a small cup, then the volume of the components must be reduced, otherwise everything will not fit.

We chop the cabbage into thin strips, three carrots on a grater, chop one onion. Salt the cabbage and squeeze it with your hands. We combine cabbage with onions and carrots.

We cut the rest of the onion very finely, chop the garlic. Wash the grits and let the water drain. We mix the filling, cereals, onions, garlic in a bowl. Salt and add the composition of spices for our filling. We stir everything with our hands.

From the resulting mixture we form small balls.

Pour vegetable oil on the bottom of the bowl. Add a layer of cabbage with vegetables, then a layer of meat balls and again a layer of cabbage and balls. The top layer should be cabbage.

It is possible to cook duckies very lazy, then it is possible not to fashion the balls, but to lay out the cabbage and meat mass in layers. It is also possible to mix everything together and simmer.

For gravy, mix cream or sour cream with tomato and water, add salt and suneli hops (or any spices to taste). Mix well.

Pour over the cabbage layer. We activate the "Extinguishing" function and leave sixty minutes. During this time, you may need to add water if the liquid evaporates.

Do not simmer the cabbage rolls for too long, otherwise the balls will lose their appearance.

Serve with sour cream.

Lazy cabbage rolls with cabbage in a pan

The name of this dish speaks for itself. Also, the dish is very low-cost, but, despite this, it is very tasty and nutritious. A variety of sauces can be given to the dish, including sour cream, mayonnaise, so to speak, everything is an amateur.


Components:

1 medium onion
1 medium carrot
2 tbsp. l. tomato paste
800 g minced meat
small fork of cabbage
2 garlic cloves
100 g rice groats (it is better to take steamed)
salt and sugar to taste

We chop the onion, grind the carrots on a grater. Finely chop the cabbage into strips. Squeeze the garlic on the garlic press.

Fry onions and carrots in a pan in two tablespoons of vegetable oil, stirring for five minutes.

Add tomato paste here and fry for another minute. We put the minced meat in the pan and stir for five, seven minutes, until the meat darkens. Cook rice until half cooked.


Add tomato juice and two hundred milliliters of water, mix. Bring to a boil at maximum heat, add the rice, and then reduce to a small fire and simmer with the lid closed until the rice is cooked, about 20-30 minutes.

Serve with mashed potatoes and sour cream.

Delicious lazy cabbage rolls in a saucepan.

Cabbage rolls are an economical food. Nutritious. You can feed a whole family from one pan. When preparing this dish, all time-consuming processes disappear. The result is a quick and tasty dish. Not much different from the stuffed cabbage we are used to.

Components:

  • Chicken mince 900-950 g
  • cabbage 3-4 kg
  • Onion 1 pc.
  • Carrots 4 pcs.
  • Salt (cooking) 6 g
  • Sugar 8 g
  • Black ground pepper 7 g

Take the minced meat, put it in a saucepan, on the bottom of which we pour a little sunflower oil and water

Stir occasionally. While it is cooking, chop the white cabbage. Add it to the saucepan, salt it and cover the saucepan with a lid so that the cabbage is stewed.

When it becomes soft enough, add the onion, diced tomatoes and sweet pepper.

Season with parsley, peppercorns and simmer over low heat for about ten minutes.
