1. Wash the zucchini and remove the tail from the stem. If you have a young vegetable, then you do not need to peel the skin. Grate it on a coarse grater, pour into a bowl, sprinkle with salt and let stand for 15 minutes to release excess liquid.


2. Cut the onion into cubes and fry in a frying pan greased with vegetable oil for two minutes until transparent.
