We lay the salad in layers: half of the grated eggs - mayonnaise - 1/3 of the liver - mayonnaise - carrots - 1/3 of the liver - mayonnaise - onions - cheese - mayonnaise - the second half of the eggs - 1/3 of the liver - mayonnaise.

Decorate with herbs to taste.

  • 5 eggs;
  • Mayonnaise - 200 gr;
  • Salt / pepper / herbs - to taste.

Cooking:

Chop the onion into thin half rings and marinate in the marinade (vinegar 1 tbsp + cold water 1 cup) for 20 minutes.

Boil the liver and eggs until cooked, cool. Separate the eggs into yolks and whites.

In a salad bowl, rub the liver first on a medium grater, salt a little, grease with mayonnaise. Then lay out the onion (squeeze from the liquid) and grease with mayonnaise. Rub the whites - again mayonnaise - and complete the salad mix with grated yolks.
