This time I decided to make a pie with apples and cherries - I have frozen ones. Wash, peel, cut the apples into quarters and remove the core, cut into thin slices. My cherries are frozen - no need to defrost.
Turn on the oven at 180-200 degrees.
Beat 3 eggs into a cup, add one and a half cups of sugar (the original suggests 2 tbsp, but for me this is too much - I take about one and a half tbsp.), add vanilla sugar and baking powder, beat everything with a mixer until foamy.
Now add 120 ml of milk and 120 ml of vegetable oil to the egg mass (I used sunflower oil), mix everything well again with a mixer.
Pour 500g of flour into the liquid mixture and knead until it forms a smooth dough. The dough turns out thick, like pancakes.
Now it’s the turn of mineral water - pour 120 ml of mineral water into our dough and knead with a mixer until the dough is homogeneous. As soon as we pour in the water, it immediately begins to foam. Now the dough will become a little thinner.
Before starting to prepare the dough, I prepared a sheet - I bake with a baking frame, so we cut off a piece of baking paper (roll) larger than the frame. Now we bend the paper on 4 sides so that we get sides. We place the frame on the sheet , we put the prepared paper into it and lift the folded sides of the sheet so that they stand level with the sides of the frame - now the dough will not stain the frame so much and it will be easier to wash it.
Pour the dough into this structure and level it.
Place cherries and then apple slices on the dough, as you like.
Sprinkle a little sugar on top and place in a heated oven. Bake until done - dry match.
Remove from the oven and let cool.
It turns out to be a very nice tasty pie.
