  1. We select small potato tubers, wash them and boil them in their skins in advance (it’s most convenient to do this the night before, then the next day you can prepare the potato balls in a matter of minutes). Peel the completely cooled potatoes and grate them coarsely.
  2. The cheese is also cut into three large shavings and added to the potato mixture.
  3. Add finely chopped dill, beat in a large egg, salt and pepper the mixture of ingredients. If desired, you can also add dried herbs or any spices/seasonings of your choice.
  4. Thoroughly knead the contents of the bowl until a single plastic mass is formed.
